Please see our flowcharts below as a starting point in working with us to help you plan and host your next meeting or event.

Expressive Activities spaces include the Parker Plaza, the Walker 教育 Gazebo, 法灵顿坑, 及旧主坑.

Amplified Sound fee for off-campus clients is $18/hour/technician
Tabling fee for off-campus clients is $150 per two hours.

空间设置样式

Conference Style: This style is recommended for small groups of less than 20.

Lecture Style: This is best suited for general meetings and 讲座s for any size group where note-taking is not required.

Classroom Style: This works well for presentations or meetings where participants need to take notes.

Hollow Square Style: This style works well with discussion meeting accommodating larger groups.

U-Shape Style: This is similar to 空心方形 but adds the functionality of a presentation with discussions.

宴会 Style: This is the most common setup for banquets of meetings with meals.
