SHSU使用在线 的想法 (Individual Development & 教育al 评估) student ratings of instruction system for evaluation of all instructors campus wide. Completing the course Objectives Selection Form (formerly known as 教师 信息 Form) and interpreting results are addressed in the workshop. If available, please bring recent 的想法 scores for analysis and feedback. You will be better prepared for optimal use of 的想法 following this workshop. Interpreting the Vast Amount of 信息 in 的想法 Results

Participants will be able to express:

• Why the converted scores are more appropriate than the 1-5 scale
• How teaching methods and objectives match
• Determine what techniques are being performed well and which could use adjustment
• How to determine if what the instructor believes is happening in the course is what students perceive is happening
• How to obtain feedback from the online system on what actions to take to improve teaching and learning
