第九条 and university policies protects students and employees from discrimination and sexual misconduct. If accused of such behaviors, you also have rights as a respondent.

第九条 prohibits gender discrimination in education programs that receive federal funding. This means all public and charter k-12 schools, 一些私立k-12学校, and nearly all colleges and universities.

Schools must not retaliate against someone filing a complaint and must have procedures to protect complainants from retaliation.
Schools can issue “No Contact” directives to prevent accused respondents from interacting with victims and other parties.

a finding and sanction (if any) based solely on evidence presented during the investigation
